Winter Art Lab with Lori Farist

We are pleased to announce that professional artist and educator, Lori Farist, will offer a three-day Winter Art Lab this December at TAC.

  • Instructor Bio: Lori Farist is an accomplished local artist who lives and works in Broome County. Her well-known portraits and seascapes have been displayed both locally and across the country. Her work has won awards regionally and has been collected by clients throughout the area. Not only is she a dedicated and passionate art practitioner but loves sharing her knowledge of art through teaching adults and children. Lori’s method of teaching differs as she is a firm believer in creating space for children to explore art material and allowing them to lead in their own creative journey. Her hope is to inspire both adults and children to know themselves as artists and to have confidence in exploring the different aspects in art as well as pushing themselves beyond their comfort zones.
